    Well, I personally haven’t lost 15 pounds but I had a friend who lost about 10 kilograms. I don’t know how many pounds that is. He did it the ancient fashioned way.

    You need to do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week. That’s not that much when you reckon about it and it can be fun. Go swimming, ride and walk places instead of driving or catching public transport. Do yoga or run on a treadmill. It doesn’t have to be dull and repetetive.

    Eating healthy is vital. There’s no use doing so much exercise if you’re still eating junk all of the time. You don’t need to eliminate ALL junk food, just have it less often.

    You need to be really set on this if you want to lose weight. It’s not something that you will do for just one day. You have to do it for an extended period of time and if you lose the weight and go back to ancient habits, it will just come back on again.
