5 weeks I know crazy!
but I want to lose weight before school starts and I'll be in high school!
I'm 4'10 105 pounds (I know I'm an ok weight but I want to get rid of my stout!) I'm not skinny but I want to be
so this is my diet plot
*wake up around 8:40 drink 1/2 cup of green tea and a cup of water and a bar of special k (is that ok or should I skip it)
then go out running around the neighborhood 1-2 miles
*be home around 10-11 rest for a 1/2 hour and have a bowl of special K
* around 1 I'll have a bowl of fruit salad
* 3 eat idk something healthy like fruit or something
*4 go on a bike ride
*5 eat dinner my mom made or if its not healthy, oatmeal
*7 another snack idk
*10:30 go on treadmill
before everymeal I'll drink a cup of water
will I lose 15 pounds doing this for 5 weeks?
I heard you should only run every other day to let your leg muscle tear or something idk? but is it ok if I run everyday?
what kinda snacks that are healthy I can eat?
