And also how many push ups does it take to lose a pound, when i am eating healthy?
same question for sit ups, and crunches
How long would it take to lose 15-20 pounds doing this stuff?
Monday, July 20th, 20091) I go to a boxing club 3 days a week (monday, wednesday, and friday)…
2) I jump rope about 25-30 minutes a day
3) I do 100 push ups and 150 sit ups a day (slowly increasing the amount I do)
How long of keeping this up will it take me to lose the weight and get in shape? I just sort of need an thought
I’m going on vacation in about 2 weeks so I’ll still be doing the exercise just not the boxing… when I come back home I will certainly start the boxing again. Thanks so much
When I go to the boxing club it’s for 1 hour…
Uhh I don’t eat very excellent foods but I’m watching what I eat and how much of it I’ll have a few cookies here and there but certainly no vegetables

12:00 – Dance to 3 Songs, 35 Crunches, 15 Squats, 10 Push Ups, and Minor Weight Lifting
(Drink 1 Cup of Water)
2:00 – Half a Sandwich or a Salad and 1 Cup of Water (250-300)
(Drink 1 Cup of Water)
4:00 – Dance to 3 Songs, 35 Crunches, 15 Squats, 10 Push Ups, and Minor Weight Lifting
(Drink 1 Cup of Water)
5:00-6:30 – Small Dinner of Choice and 1 Cup of Water (400-500 Calories)
(Drink 1 Cup of Water)
7:00 – Jog 30 Minutes (Atleast 2.5 Miles)
(Drink 1 Cup of Water)
7:45 – Dance to 5 Songs or more, 40 Crunches, 20 Squats, 12 Push Ups
8:30 – Shower
9:00-9:15 – Small healthy snack (Pretzels, Jello, Oatmeal etc) and 1 Cup of Water(100-200)

11:00-11:30 – Sleep
*The (Drink 1 Cup of Water)
means i have to drink 1 cup of water between the two scheduled time periods
P.S. The "dance" part may sound silly, but I really take dance classes and yes I'm eating a healthy amount of calories each day, I checked. Also I'm not jumping into anything because ive been exercising previously and i had 6 weeks of track about a month ago, so i have some muscle built up already.
I'll be eating about 1,500 calories a day, and burning about 700-800 a day
how can i lose 15 pounds in 12 weeks at most?

im really looking foward to warped tour and i want to take my shirt off,but i dont want to unless im slimmed down and have abs
i have muscle,i strength train alot at the gym and for the past week i have been running 1.5 to 2 miles a day and i do crunches,leg lifts and push ups a whole lot
Any other tips,mainly on diet?
