Im a 17 year ancient and i really need to lose about 15 pounds in the next 2 months before school starts, im not deathly overweight but i definetly need to lose some weight. Anyways im hoping for some tips, ive recently gained about 15 pounds and i just want to get back to where i was. Ill have no problem maintaining it, its just losing it, i need a jumpstart. so yeah, thanks :)

i’m a small overweight, not much i’m a female, inbetween small and medium frame, 17 years ancient, 5′6 and i weigh 160 pounds. i am goin on a trip in 3 weeks and i would reallllllyy feel much better in my bikini if my legs and calves were a small smaller, my calves are like the size of my thighs hah =( . also my tummy, thanks for the help guuys! =)

I am a small overweight and I want to lose it by the start of the school year. This is at August and I excises and eat as much fruit possible everyday. I also try to eat less then normal. I am trying to lose 15 pounds, so can I do it?
