Monday, November 23rd, 2009hey guys! i’m 16 years ancient, 5′1” and 145 pounds. according to my bmi and my doctor, i’m overweight by about 25 pounds because i’m so small. my mom said that if i can lose 10-15 pounds by Christmas, she’ll finally take me to get highlights. so yeah…how can i lose 15 pounds by Christmas?

Wednesday, September 9th, 2009This is just a one time thing, I just found out I am going to see my mom and if I am 135 lbs. she will disown me. I am 5′4 with very small bones and should not weigh this much, especially if I am going to see my mom. I want to know of a quick way to lose weight, my mom sent me the Acavar 20/50, so I am taking that along with eating under 1000 calories but am staying between 133 and 135. If you have found a way to lose weight more quickly please let me know! I know the best way to lose weight is slowly, but I need to know how to lose this now, please help me!

i like running but that doesn’t seem to be enough. when i work out i like to give it my all and work really hard. i just need a routine that i can do.
i want to push myself hard just don’t know how to.
i want to look excellent for my vacation the second week in august. i want to have that slim body that every teenage girl wants.
i would appreciate any hardcore work outs any one suggests.

the only thing i drink is water seltzer on occation. i never eat snacks unless it is fruit. my mom is going back to school to be a nurtitionist so there is never any snacks in my house. i like exercising. dont want to take any pills to lose weight i want to lose it naturally. so i need workouts. i am very athletic. i play field hockey and softball. but i want that bikini body. like nice abs and stuff. and running isnt cutting it.

Monday, July 6th, 2009so thats 5 pounds a week or 2 then 3 then 4 or something like that lol. im 14 and everyone in my family keeps teasing me about my weight. my mom is on diet pills and all this crap and is saying im larger than her but im not. i gain a tonn of weight before my period but after i lose all of it. like two weeks ago i weight 148. after my period back to 120something. weird right? i know so what should i do. i thought bout the pills but i mean she hides them. she tries not to keep healthy food in the house if so she hides it because she wants to say her daughters larger than her. she was 15 when she had me, so shes half my age. ill be 15 o august 1st. 
and i want to prove i can lose weight but i dont want her to know im doing it.
so i can do crunches in my room i guess and treadmill while shes at work but how long. im also gonna try the 2 4 6 8 diet. how long should i be on the treadmill and ill prolly call a friend and go walking for 30 min or so not running and me and my sis mite ride
bikes for a few minutes. im going to get my friend to take me to the store one day and get bottle water. ill say were going to the movies so know i dont have an allowance to buy things what should i do?
