Monday, November 16th, 2009i want to lose around 15-20 pounds, i will be eating healthy too (trying at least) i weigh around 130-140 pounds so how long do i need to run everyday to lose weight
i have a hilly neighborhood and then pe every school day and an hour of cheerleading once a week
