I'm going school shopping in two weeks, and I want to look my best before I buy a ton of clothes because I'm going to high school. I'd really like to lose fifteen pounds in two to three weeks. I know, that's around 7 to 5 pounds a week, but I'm willing to do whatever, I don't really care if it's not healthy.
Breakfast – One scrambled egg with low-stout 2% cheese
Lunch – Half a sandwich and a banana
Snack – A small green apple
Dinner – Slim-quick shake with a banana
Exercise
Treadmill – every morning before breakfast, until I burn 250 calories
Stationary bike – Whenever I go to the Y, which is 3 to 5 times a week. Until I burn 170 calories
Crunches – 50 everyday. I would do more, but I really don't want to build muscle
Stretching – Mainly inner thigh stretches. Everyday for half an hour.
If I do all that, will I lose 15 pounds in three, hopefully two, weeks? (I'd be drinking a lot of water to make sure it's not just water weight)
Also, what can I do to make my upper arms thinner.
