I did this recently and want to continue till 5 weeks or more. I’m doing 100 regular weighted squat, 100 regular squats, skip the planks/abdominal crawl by replace it with 20-30 sit up, 300 Jumping Jacks, 20-30 push up, 300 Ski steps.. will try to let you know my progress
you can do it bro trust me. i used to weigh 204 in October 2008. now i weigh 169 as of December 2009 just by diet and playing soccer alone. i used to be 42 lbs overweight. now I’m only 7 lbs overweight. my advice is basically stick to what you feel works best for you
