Hey,
I am on Phase 2 of the South Beach diet, was just wondering if I could lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks on this phase. I need that amount of weight to be healthy and in a healthy BMI. Plus my boyfriend is coming back home in that amount of time he is out of country at the moment.
Please help! Will Phase 2 allow this for those of you who have done SBD or should I be doing something else?

I've never really done the SBD, but as long as you exercise and watch your caloric intake you should be able to reach it.
You will have to be EXTREMELY discipline though.

Try this link, you can use it to calculate your caloric need to lose, gain, or maintain weight.
Avoid junk food. Don't keep it in the house and you won't be tempted to eat it. So, if you're see results with your current diet try sticking it out and just add in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day (even if it's just a brisk walk).
