plotting to do a before and after vid, but chose to go ahead and post it. Knowing that people know that I’m suppose to be dropping this weight should be a small motivation (if people watch the vid lol)… I’m 6 ft, currently 211 lbs (says my scale). That’s up 3 or 4 lbs from when I last checked it (on the same scale) around August. New Years reallyy had nothing to do with me doing this…Just trying to get more toned and chose to see what I could do by the time the new year rolls in….
