    Man how did I miss this??? I just posted a video called “make my workout and I will like u for life” and I Like you for this DeStorm! I have been working out for a month or so straight and I am ready to start this challenge! Tomorrow will be day one. Only thing is I am on a low carb diet but I still have mad energy so lets get it!

    Hey man, quick question. I used to work out a lot and I have your body type and its just been ruined with pudge, I find that I sweat a lot more when I run on the ellipses running machine (can’t run outside, too much damn snow) instead of a treadmill. Which of the two would you recommend running 4 miles a day on?

    shin splints occur when your feet over pronate which means roll out that puts extra stress on your shins so your body can support you durring your run you should ice rest and defiantly go to a running specialty store and pay a excellent 80 -120 bucks for some nice shoes that the running specialty store fits you in you may want to go to Road Runner Sports or any running specialty store around you

    I wish I lived in NY to just be able to run around. Would this work for post-pregnancy ladies that need to lose weight in the abdominal area??

    It’s ok to wait a day then to work out/run again. Your body may just be sore from the intense workout, and the soreness just means that your body is repairing itself and growing. So give it a day’s rest and hop on it again ;D

    I havent been running for the past 9 months and i ran yesterday those 3 miles and my legs are hella sour—should i still run the next day even if my legs are sour—or should i just rest and run the next day??????????? anyone

    @knottyrasta13 I would not eat toast at all. Take in as small carbohydrates as possible and eat alot of vegetables and fruits and fiber, and to keep your muscles you will need to eat proteins :) and have a walk 30 minutes a day. eat approximatly 6 times aday and increase the parts. then you will loose weight! :)
