lose 10-15 pounds in three weeks.?

so thats 5 pounds a week or 2 then 3 then 4 or something like that lol. im 14 and everyone in my family keeps teasing me about my weight. my mom is on diet pills and all this crap and is saying im larger than her but im not. i gain a tonn of weight before my period but after i lose all of it. like two weeks ago i weight 148. after my period back to 120something. weird right? i know so what should i do. i thought bout the pills but i mean she hides them. she tries not to keep healthy food in the house if so she hides it because she wants to say her daughters larger than her. she was 15 when she had me, so shes half my age. ill be 15 o august 1st. :D and i want to prove i can lose weight but i dont want her to know im doing it.
so i can do crunches in my room i guess and treadmill while shes at work but how long. im also gonna try the 2 4 6 8 diet. how long should i be on the treadmill and ill prolly call a friend and go walking for 30 min or so not running and me and my sis mite ride
bikes for a few minutes. im going to get my friend to take me to the store one day and get bottle water. ill say were going to the movies so know i dont have an allowance to buy things what should i do?

    If you have a treadmill then walk on it for like 2 hours at like 2.5 mph with an incline of eight and you should burn 1000 calories and do this every day exept one day to rest. But you have to eat a small cereal for breakfast and like barely anything for lunch or dinner. I am larger than my mom and she buys junk food all the time and has many diet pills and stuff so I can relate to you.
