Is it possible to lose 15 pounds in two months?

I’m seventeen, 5′4, 147 pounds. If I exercise twice a day (an hour each time), and eat right, approximately how much weight will I lose? I know everyone loses weight differently, but I’m interested in some estimations. I’ve tried dieting in the past, but always give up early because I end up starving myself. I know I’m supposed to east several small meals a day, but what types of foods are diet friendly (besides the obvious, fruits and vegetables)?

Im not excellent on estimating weight, but healthier foods would be:

-Go for anything turkey or chicken. Avoid red meat. Turkey burgers taste INCREDIBLE and are way healthier. Also, they make turkey sausage, bacon, meatballs..you name it!
-Avoid a ton of carbs, which you already know. Opt regular bread for wheat or whole grain. You still want to make sure you do get your daily amount of carbs per day though.
-Lots and lots of water. Clears up your skin, or i know it does for me, and it helps keep everything running right.
-Have breakfast every morning. A recommended breakfast has been:
    One banana
    Lowfat yogurt
    3/4 cup whole grain cereal
    1 egg

Anyways, excellent look. Just make sure to get the daily serving of every food group on the pyramid:)
