i am a 15 year ancient girl, and 5′ 3". i weigh 133 pounds.
i like running but that doesn’t seem to be enough. when i work out i like to give it my all and work really hard. i just need a routine that i can do.
i want to push myself hard just don’t know how to.
i want to look excellent for my vacation the second week in august. i want to have that slim body that every teenage girl wants.
i would appreciate any hardcore work outs any one suggests.

the only thing i drink is water seltzer on occation. i never eat snacks unless it is fruit. my mom is going back to school to be a nurtitionist so there is never any snacks in my house. i like exercising. dont want to take any pills to lose weight i want to lose it naturally. so i need workouts. i am very athletic. i play field hockey and softball. but i want that bikini body. like nice abs and stuff. and running isnt cutting it.
