    the website makes you a personalized profile based on your activity level and how much you want to loose and calculates the daily calories you should eat. of course you should also excersie. i work out 3 days a week for an hour. excellent luck
    p.s dont try any quick fixes such as pill…all you end up doing is gaining it back
