A couple months ago, I went on the Cleveland Clinic diet. You lose around 10 pounds in 3 days. I lost 7 pounds...and it was actually a really easy diet and I didn&#039;t feel hungry at all. It&#039;s a 3 day diet plan and then after the 3 days, you eat regularly for a week, and then if you want, you can go on the diet again. It&#039;s healthy and you get the needed vitamins and minerals. If you don&#039;t want to go on the diet, then I would suggest fruits and veggies. Also, lean meats and hardly any sweets. Two pounds of fat equals about 7000 calories. So 15 pounds would be over 50.000 calories to burn, and you wouldn&#039;t even have eaten yet. Because everything you eat has to be burnt as well. And normally, it would take about 33 days, just to burn of 50.000 calories. And you still have to eat. So just take my advice. Be a bit more patient. Besides, doing it the healthy way will also keep the weight of.</description>
