Cut off your arm. Because you sure as hell aren’t going to lose 15 lbs. of stout in 30 days. Your goal is completely unrealistic and you are setting yourself up for failure.
You don’t. If you wanna do it risk free etc, you can loose about one pound a week. No more than that. It’s not healthy and you are talking about nearly four pounds a week! That’s brutal to your body. You’ll start burning muscle, you might faint and your hormones could go through the roof. You can loose weight, just don’t even try doing it that quick.
Two pounds of stout equals about 7000 calories. So 15 pounds would be over 50.000 calories to burn, and you wouldn’t even have eaten yet. Because everything you eat has to be burnt as well. A couple months ago, I went on the Cleveland Clinic diet. You lose around 10 pounds in 3 days. I lost 7 pounds…and it was really a really simple diet and I didn’t feel hungry at all. It’s a 3 day diet plot and then after the 3 days, you eat regularly for a week, and then if you want, you can go on the diet again. It’s healthy and you get the needed vitamins and minerals. The following works.
Week 1
Non-carb vegetables only as much as you like (like cooked carrots or or cabbage or spinach ) for four to 7 days
This makes you lose 5 pounds.
Week 2
For the next week, add some fruits like bananas to the vegetables
You will lose another 5 pounds
