How To Lose 15 Pounds In 2 months:)?

Ok i am not stout or chubby but i have huge calves and thighs.I dont want pills and I am on a 1500 calorie diet already.I am 5′1 and 100 pounds so i want to be 85 pounds by august 31
Please do not send me anything about acai berry im not using pills

    if you want to work more on your calves and thighs, then try joining a gym or if you have your own treadmill, that works too. what i do is i go on mine at 3.0 mph. after a small less than an hour i burned 300 calories! i do that two or three times a day. or you can go jogging or somehting like that but the treadmill would be best. in order to burn more calories you have to keep a steady pace. if youre on a treadmill itrs simpler to keep a steady pace.
