How to Lose 15 Pounds by Christmas?
hey guys! i’m 16 years ancient, 5′1” and 145 pounds. according to my bmi and my doctor, i’m overweight by about 25 pounds because i’m so small. my mom said that if i can lose 10-15 pounds by Christmas, she’ll finally take me to get highlights. so yeah…how can i lose 15 pounds by Christmas?
