I now its not gonna happen over night but i rele want to lose 15 pounds im only 16 so no diet pills or anything but i try to either run 2 miles a day or bike 4. i know im gaining weight and i want to start loosing but what else do i need to do differently. im not rele into junk food, at all the only unhealthy thing i ever eat is probably granola bars. i come home and i eat alot. i feel like im an emotional eater because i have a hard time at school but please help m. if i feeel skinnier ill feel better aboutmyself and will get more confidence
