		<description>30 mins is sufficient, 5-6 times a week. I find its much better to load up an mp3 or ipod or something full of songs for when ya run. You lose yourself in the music and time flys by real fast lol. make sure you have at least 1 rest day. food suggestions - whole grains, lean meats, 1500-1800 calories, no cokes, diet if you must.</description>
