i want to lose around 15-20 pounds, i will be eating healthy too (trying at least) i weigh around 130-140 pounds so how long do i need to run everyday to lose weight
i have a hilly neighborhood and then pe every school day and an hour of cheerleading once a week

30 mins is sufficient, 5-6 times a week. I find its much better to load up an mp3 or ipod or something full of songs for when ya run. You lose yourself in the music and time flys by real quick lol. make sure you have at least 1 rest day. food suggestions – whole grains, lean meats, 1500-1800 calories, no cokes, diet if you must.
