I need to lose about 15-20 pounds in 2 months. I'm just a couple of pounds overweight but want to be in the 120's at least, with a flatter stomach, smaller thighs, firmer butt, etc. Yall get the point. Any tips on how I can reach this goal?

jenny craig or eat excellent food and go to the gym and stuuf but geuss you would allready be doing that you could buy or hire a home gym take tha dog for a walk go for a run or somthing i dont know and you could take the wimps way out and get lipo but that cost's
