		<description>So....you need to eat well during the day. Walk to and back from school, jogging is even better. Sit ups and stuff are amazing.
But, don&#039;t be stupid and starve. For breakfast eat a banana and maybe some cerial.
For lunch eat a soup and some vegies.
For Dinner eat chicken, vegies and patatoes. 
So thats an ideal day. 
Drink 2 glasses of milk and lots of water.
Anyways, the best is a 30 min jog, everyday. It will tottaly help you.</description>
