how can i lose 15 pounds in 2 months?
Hi. I am 5 foot 7 and currently weight about 140 pounds. I want to weigh 125 pounds in 2 months. How can I achieve this goal? Give me diet tips and exercise tips please. Please keep in mind that I am still in highschool so time is unfortunatley not on my side. Thank you so much!

So….you need to eat well during the day. Walk to and back from school, jogging is even better. Sit ups and stuff are incredible.
But, don’t be stupid and starve. For breakfast eat a banana and maybe some cerial.
For lunch eat a soup and some vegies.
For Dinner eat chicken, vegies and patatoes.
So thats an ideal day.
Drink 2 glasses of milk and lots of water.
Anyways, the best is a 30 min jog, everyday. It will tottaly help you.
