I really want to lose 15-25 pounds in a month or so. There is an event coming up in a small over a month. I want to get slimmer by then, so what is the best way? no surgery, pills, etc. please. I want advice on:
1. what foods helps weight loss?(certain food maybe?)
2. does 30 minutes – 1 hour of running/jogging with ab exercises do anything?
3. any fantastic exercises to lose belly stout?
4. life tales on weight loss. would be appreciated. & how did you do it?(:
