How did you lose 7ibs a week ? doing this when it says lose 4-5 pounds a week. How many times a did u do it every other day? say did u do it 2 times/3/4 when you done the exercise?
What did you do please tell. Me i havent lost anyweight. From this i do everything now with out stopping twice including the intervals and healthy diet. I dont know if this exercise is just for really for overweight ppl. You guys can look at my vids on my page. Im in fantastic shape, but have an incy bitsy tad bit of body stout. I dont know whats incorrect man. Ive been dong this and gettin on my scale. Ive been staying at the same weight this is like my 3rdweek doing this. I use 20lb dumbells also.
@Inshape for you, How do i do intervals with Jumproping. I mean whats the resting periods in between . Like say i jump skippin two times for each leg for and then i jog while im jump roping for 30 sec, then i rest for 60 sec. Its that interval jumroping ?I do it for 10 min

Hey man it’s not hard to find exercise. You don’t need dumbbells. A fantastic way is to walk or run a mile everyday around your neighborhood! And when you get more fit, just add miles. Doing it on a diet alone is much harder. Why not kill two birds with one stone and lose weight + get fit?

OK, I just went out to Wal-Mart and bought 15 pound dumbbells anyway.
At first, I thought it was simple, but after 5 minutes, I was having a tough time! Got me breathing heavy and sweating like a pig.
Im doing this along with my daily 30 minute treadmill exercise and my healthy diet. I’ll share the results later on… My goal is to lose 50 pounds by September… I weigh 225 right now.
