What’s a good way to lose 15 pounds doing pushups and sit ups?

I’m 5′61/2 and 204 pounds and I’m trying to lose 15 pounds. Can I do it with pushups or situps or do I need to run to lose the weight? Before I picked up the excess weight I was solid, not a lot of definition but the muscles were there. Now I have stout on top of muscle and it’s kind of hard to get back to where I was. Any suggestions?

I am 5′ 1" and I weight 120 and I would like weigh 105. I am 15 and very active in sports. How can I heathily work off the weight, I have a tredmil i can use, i just dont know how long to use it, or what my diet should be like.

How quick could I lose 15 pounds if I rode my bike for about 30 mins a day, and swam hard core(as in I’m on swim team this year) for 3 hours?

I’m also eating healthy, or at least trying to, and not going too overboard on calories. I"m eating about 1500 calories a day, and maybe more. But swimming burns about that much anyways.

I"m doing this for 3 months. how quick could I lose these 15 pounds.
