I’m 5′61/2 and 204 pounds and I’m trying to lose 15 pounds. Can I do it with pushups or situps or do I need to run to lose the weight? Before I picked up the excess weight I was solid, not a lot of definition but the muscles were there. Now I have stout on top of muscle and it’s kind of hard to get back to where I was. Any suggestions?

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009How quick could I lose 15 pounds if I rode my bike for about 30 mins a day, and swam hard core(as in I’m on swim team this year) for 3 hours?
I’m also eating healthy, or at least trying to, and not going too overboard on calories. I"m eating about 1500 calories a day, and maybe more. But swimming burns about that much anyways.
I"m doing this for 3 months. how quick could I lose these 15 pounds.
