Im a male. 150 pounds. 5'6 height. I eat alot of food. I have weights that i can use. I really want to be a muay thai boxer but i am going to join a class in september or october. Soo i just want to get ready and boost my stamina and strength. Seriously though it will be cool if you show me types of food to stay away from and give me a workout schedule.

What is an effective way for a 15 year old female to lose 3 pounds in 2 weeks?

I'm around 5'3" and 111lbs, but I just want to lose a small amount of stomach for bikini season. I do all that cardio excersize every day so I'm guessing that I have muscle, but apparently you need 11% body stout for abs to show? Is that right?

And please don't post about how I shouldn't care how my body looks at "such a young age." Because everybody cares, it's right.

by eating two slices of low stout, high fibre bread for breakfast in the morning, a small can of tuna in water for lunch in the afternoon with some fruits and vegetables and fruits for dinner at night? And drink lots of water a day. (around 6-8 cups)
Please don't help me by suggesting diet pills, thanks!
Please answer me if you truly know the result and what to do, or if you are experienced.
